Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources operations within our organization. The HR Manager will play a critical role in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and initiatives to support the company's objectives and foster a positive work culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving employee engagement and development.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and offboarding.
  • Partner with department managers to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent.
  • Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, feedback mechanisms, and employee development plans.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR related matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies, and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to foster a diverse and inclusive work environment.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  • Oversee employee engagement and retention efforts, including conducting surveys, analyzing feedback, and implementing initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and morale.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
  • Proven experience in HR management roles, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on driving results and achieving organizational goals.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and other related programs.
Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm)
